It is made of white plastic which looks very clean. The pad design is bigger or has a wider than a pad for girls. There are more holes-like spots on a boy’s pad than on a girl’s pad but it was not explain why it is made that way.

The sensor pad is nonabsorbent and is worn over the genitals and place inside the underwear. You can control the volume of the alarm cause it has a built-in dual-volume control switch for high alarm sound and a low alarm.

The price of this bedwetting alarm is $69.95. The sensor pad has two different designs so you really have to specify that you want to buy this alarm for a son or a daughter.

Thinking that its really placed over the genitals and it is a six inches pad is somewhat uncomfortable for kids. A six inches pad sensor can be used for children 7 to 10 years old but there can be a problem if you buy it for a small child ,lets say a 3 year old child , the pad might be too long for him / her . In cleaning the alarm pad you are only advised to use lukewarm water and let it dry, cleaning it with a soap is not allowed.
